your booking
A
non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking charged is paid at
the time you confirm your dates of your stay and approximate time of
arrival.

Transfer (direct credit) is the preferred option for payment into our
bank account: Russell Bay lodge.
cancellation
policy
A
30% non refundable deposit is paid on booking. Cancellation within 30
days of arrival will incur a 40% cancellation fee. Cancellation within
14 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If during your stay, you
shorten the length of your booked holiday, there will be no refund.
changes
to your booking
Should
you need to change your booking please advise us immediately so that
we can attempt to accommodate your request. Any changes will be
confirmed to you in writing. We anticipate that many guests will have
travel insurance.
